The Gym Rehab is committed to providing cost-effective solutions to consumers. The program is a monthly subscription of $37, and includes progressive programming, education, performance tracking and access to rehab specialists.

What is The Gym Rehab's cancellation policy?

The Gym Rehab’s Coaching Program can be canceled at anytime.  If canceled, users will continue to be able to access content up until the next billing cycle.

Can I sign up if I'm currently in Physical Therapy?

Yes. The Gym Rehab has been designed to compliment Physical Therapy. Your Physical Therapist may additionally be able to modify your programming to provide an even more personalized experience.

Does The Gym Rehab cover injuries other than the knee?

The Gym Rehab’s Program was specifically designed for knee injuries. Individuals with other joint injures, such as hip or ankle, will also find benefits in that most joints work interdependently.

What if I already work with a Personal Trainer?

Personal Trainers are experts in both fitness and nutrition. The Gym Rehab can be used to supplement your programming ensuring you have the appropriate mechanics necessary to continue safely pursuing your health and fitness goals.

Do I need to have access to a gym?

Yes. Our program is designed to significantly increase your strength so you will need access to strength training equipment such as barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells and weight machines.

Are workouts everyday?

Training sessions are generally 2 to 4 times a week with workouts lasting 15 to 60 minutes. You are additionally able to customize the program to meet your schedule.

How will I know if I'm getting better with The Gym Rehab?

Strength is the key factor in optimizing your physical ability. You will, as a result, quickly begin to notice your ability to run, cut and jump, improve. You will also soon notice less pain and more power when running.

How do I know if this is right for me?
